>让孩子个头长高

　　10岁以内的儿童不要吃腌制食品原因有二：

蜂蜜对于孕妇来说是一种极好的保健品，孕妇经常食用蜂蜜，不仅能够补充各种营养素，还可以润燥通便，使孕妇心情舒畅，增强机体的消化和吸收功能。

怀孕期间可以让孩子变漂亮的办法。

钙和维生素D的摄入量要充足。孕妇严重缺钙时会影响胎儿的骨骼、牙齿的构成，甚至可能导致胎儿畸形。注意补充铁等微量元素，应常吃蔬菜、海虾等。

9.月子期间不能爬楼梯，产后半年内不能提重物，避免内脏下垂。

还有一些食物是孕妇不适宜食用的，比如：生冷硬的食物，如香蕉、石花、木儿等；辛辣类的食物，比如：肉桂、花椒、丁香、胡椒；影响性功能食物，如菱角、兔肉、蕨菜、大麻仁等。

　　周岁内宝宝的肠道内正常菌群尚未完全建立，吃入蜂蜜后易引起感染，出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻等症状。宝宝周岁后，肠道内正常菌群建立，故食蜂蜜无妨。

 

如果父母个头儿不高，应吃些富含维生素D的食物，如虾皮、蛋黄、动物肝脏以及蔬菜。

有的父母肤色偏黑，孕妇就可以多吃一些富含维生素C的食物，如番茄、葡萄、柑桔、菜花、冬瓜、洋葱、大蒜、苹果、刺梨、鲜枣等蔬菜和水果，其中尤以苹果为最佳。

 

 

3个月内不要吃盐：

2.产后半个月内严禁喝水、饮料及汤类，牛奶也不可以喝。因为会喝成大水桶，会变胖，将来容易得风湿病或神经痛。可以用烧开的米酒代替水分(买商店里的瓶装米酒)。做法是将数瓶米酒倒入锅内，不加盖，大火煮沸后持续15分钟以上。再将煮好的米酒水装入热水瓶备用。

 

妊娠后三个月是胎儿脑细胞和脂肪细胞增殖的“敏感期”。在这个时期，孕妇一定要注意增加蛋白质、磷脂、和维生素的摄入，应多吃奶类、蛋类、瘦肉、肝、鱼、豆类和青菜，保证食品的充足供应，酱油利于胎儿的智力发育。

如果父母头发早白或者略见枯黄、脱落，那么孕妇可多吃些含有维生素B族的食物，如瘦肉、鱼、动物肝脏、牛奶、面包、豆类、鸡蛋、紫菜、核桃、芝麻、玉米以及绿色蔬菜，这些食物可以使孩子发质得到改善，不仅浓密、乌黑、而且光泽油亮。

孕妇在怀孕期间多吃些含碘丰富的食物，如海带等海产品，用以补充胎儿对碘的需要，促进胎儿甲状腺的合成，有利于胎儿大脑的良好发育。

3.前两周洗澡只能用温酒水擦澡。做法是烧开的水和米酒各一半，加一点点盐巴，用毛巾浸湿，拧干，在身上擦。第三周起可以淋浴，满月后可泡澡。(顺产者)

到北海的第一天，细雨蒙蒙，天气阴霾。

 

 

那个下午，去了珠海路的老街。

再后来,timberland boots blue，海洋馆，星岛湖，植物园。去银滩海滨浴场的那天，晴空万里，气温摄氏26度，呵呵，索性在海水里泡了一个白天。

 

之后的一天清晨，去红树林赶海。

街上少有行人，随着时间的推移，这条经历了百年沧桑的老街，逐渐失去了昔日的繁华，中西合璧的建筑也日渐老化。可以见到一些老人和孩子，但愿在他们的心中，永远留存着对这条老街永远的依恋和美好的回忆。

尽管来的匆忙，还是没有忘记老三样，呵呵，手机、相机、笔记本电脑。

再见了，那片海。

在海口的那一边，在遥海相望的那一刻，再就此。

 

 

 

昨夜在明都大酒店入住的12层，推开窗户，发现市中心的一栋大厦旁，有烟花灿烂，该是为我送行吧，呵呵，今天下午，我要离开北海去海南了。

        田义和迈着轻松的脚步走进了珍宝馆。珍宝馆是故宫的常设展馆，里面分为四个展室：皇极殿庑房、养心殿、乐寿堂和颐和轩，分别陈列着故宫所藏珍贵文物。田义和按照顺序，打开皇极殿庑房后就去开养心殿的门，还没上台阶，他突然感到有点儿不对劲儿，定睛一看：老天爷！养心殿第三扇门靠近地面的一块大玻璃碎了！

　　金册和宝刀不翼而飞　　1959年8月16日清晨，下了几天雨的北京放晴了。管理员田义和早早就起来了，拿着一大串钥匙，先把前门和后门打开，再把各展馆门打开，让清洁工们打扫庭院的卫生。　　田义和迈着轻松的脚步走进了珍宝馆。珍宝馆是故宫的常设展馆，里面分为四个展室：皇极殿庑房、养心殿、乐寿堂和颐和轩，分别陈列着故宫所藏珍贵文物。田义和按照顺序，打开皇极殿庑房后就去开养心殿的门，还没上台阶，他突然感到有点儿不对劲儿，定睛一看：老天爷！养心殿第三扇门靠近地面的一块大玻璃碎了！昨夜虽有小雨，但是没一丝风，珍宝馆墙高门紧，连一只猫都进不来，玻璃不可能无故破碎。别问，准是贼进去了。田义和慌忙往保卫科方向跑去。保卫科马上报告了北京市公安局。　　碎玻璃处显然是盗贼进出的路，侦察员在玻璃碴上提取到一小块儿贼留下的皮肉。养心殿有三大间展厅，分别陈列着珍宝，中间展厅四周陈列的金银器皿和珠宝玉器，展柜完好。被盗的是西间展厅的首卷柜，也就是“故编字1号”，里面陈列着14页金册、10页玉册、5柄玉雕花把金鞘匕首等文物。柜玻璃被打碎，陈列的14页金册中的8页和5柄玉雕花把金鞘匕首不翼而飞。侦察员在室内提取了细花纹鞋印和血迹，在柜上提取了掌纹和指纹。　　此案非破不可　　金册是什么？康熙皇帝生母早丧，他一直将顺治帝的皇后孝惠章视为母亲，这是为了尊奉她老人家徽号而专门打造的 “证书”，纯黄金的，每页长23.15厘米，宽9.8厘米，厚0.13厘米，重20两，上面铸有满、汉文字，四角各有一联结用的小金环。这种皇家金册，不仅材质为纯金，镌刻工艺精湛，由于是重大历史事件永难磨灭的记录，其文物档案的价值无法估量。完整的14页金册，居然丢失了8页，重达市制160两。　　玉雕花把金鞘匕首是什么？刀把镶嵌有玉石，刀鞘包裹有黄金。选料上乘，工艺精湛，是顺治帝和乾隆帝使用过的珍品。　　8页金册、5把宝刀被盗，在皇宫盗案史上也属罕见。中央首长下令，这起新中国北京发生的最大的盗窃案件非破不可！　　北京市公安局紧急部署侦破工作，并成立了专案组，向全市通报了案情，全市安全保卫部门和基层群众组织都行动起来，进行反复调查摸底。　　专案组的案情研究会上，大家讨论后初步认为，盗贼可能是8月15日晚翻墙进入养心殿院内，作案后离开的。但是，故宫壁垒森严，外有护城河，内有12米高的围墙，还有相当强的保卫队伍值守，那个贼是怎么进来的呢？　　侦察员还分析，故宫内部工作人员监守自盗的可能性不大，如果是内部人员干的，完全可以不露声色地悄悄干，没必要搞那么大动静，打碎玻璃，又弄破了皮肉，还留下许多指纹足迹等。再说，在珍宝馆工作的人员都是经过严格审查完全可以放心的。　　与此同时，北京市公安局报请公安部通报全国，要求各兄弟省市公安厅、局协助破案。　　扒火车的两个农民　　1959年11月11日下午，一列由上海开往北京的特快列车停靠在天津站内，按惯例，列车员逐一检查乘客车票。列车员发现，有两个农民装束的年轻人紧张地躲闪查票，于是将他俩拦住。　　那个大一点儿的好像见过点儿世面，见了民警也害怕，但还不至于哆嗦。那个小一点儿的吓得浑身颤抖着哭了。民警问那个大一点儿的，叫什么姓名？多大岁数了？从哪儿来？　　“俺叫武庆辉，20岁，山东寿光县北洛公社北孙云子村的。他是俺本家弟弟，叫武良玉，一个村儿的。”　　“你为什么不买票？”民警问。“身上没钱，扒火车来的。”武庆辉回答。“没钱？把兜里的东西都掏出来。”民警似乎不相信武庆辉的话。　　武庆辉一听民警说让自己掏兜里的东西，紧张了一下，下意识地用手去捂自己的口袋。　　民警站起来，走到武庆辉身边：“掏吧！”　　武庆辉没办法，只好慢吞吞地掏出兜里的东西。　　武庆辉脏兮兮的手把东西放在民警面前。黄灿灿，民警没见过，拿起来细看，倒吸了一口冷气：黄金！碎黄金，上边还有字！　　第二天，北京市公安局接到天津市公安局的电话，立即派刑侦技术科的技术员带着从珍宝馆提取的指纹足迹赶去天津，经过比对，珍宝馆文物被盗现场的指纹就是武庆辉留下的，碎金子也正是故宫被盗金册的残片。　　天津市公安局的民警赶往山东寿光县北洛公社北孙云子村武庆辉的家。发现武庆辉住的耳房地面可疑，于是挖出来一个木箱子，打开一看，里面躺着5页金册和5把宝刀。

　　藏身厕所为盗宝　　武庆辉在家是老小，因为父母双亡，备受哥哥姐姐的呵护，被哥哥姐姐惯坏了的武庆辉从心里不愿意干农活。于是， 1959年7月的一天，他跑到北京找姐姐。姐姐嫁给一个军人，随丈夫住在北京永定门外西河沿。　　姐姐虽然心疼弟弟，但没有户口要想在北京找工作根本就不可能。他看到姐姐生活也挺拮据。让弟弟出去玩儿，姐姐从不多给他钱，一次只给他五角，最多一次也就给他一元钱。　　就是姐姐给他一元钱那次，他去了故宫。他拿着一元钱，先到了北海和景山公园，然后买票进了故宫。转了几个大殿后，他花一毛钱买了一张珍宝馆的门票，进去观看。　　武庆辉家里穷，从没见过金银珍宝，这是第一次，而且那么多。看得武庆辉的眼睛直放光，心想：要是能把珍宝馆里的宝贝弄出来些，不就能换好多好多的钱了吗？　　主意打好后，8月15日下午，他又向姐姐要了五毛钱，把姐姐家的一把钳子装进一个花书包里带上出了门。他看好了，珍宝馆那些宝贝就放在玻璃柜里，用钳子一砸，就能拿到手。他也想好了，那些大件的玉器不好拿，将来也不好卖，拿就拿金板和镶宝石的刀子，好往外带，将来也好卖。　　下午4点左右，他进了珍宝馆的南门,asics kayano 13，仔细查看了地形，发现夹道里的一个公厕很不起眼，于是钻了进去。　　武庆辉在厕所里提心吊胆地藏了三个多小时，等天渐渐黑下来，他听见工作人员都走了，才蹑手蹑脚地走出了厕所。他拿来几块木板，支在墙下，顺利上了墙头，跳进了养心殿的院里。踢碎了门上的一块玻璃后，赶快躲到东边的大柱子后边观察。　　等了一会儿，没有任何动静，他从门下角的破洞里爬进了养心殿。因为着急，左脚腕被门框上残留的碎玻璃割下一块皮也没觉得疼。黑暗中，他摸到展柜前，用钳子砸碎玻璃，拿了8页金册和5把宝刀，装进包里，原路出了养心殿，又左转右转，居然走出了迷宫一样的故宫。　　给了姐姐两页金册　　天一黑，姐姐就开始着急起来，往日，弟弟这个时候早回来了。她抱着孩子到门口张望了好几回，也不见人影。夜里 11点了，弟弟还不回来，姐姐只好睡下了。刚躺下，就听见门外有响动，她赶忙去开门，弟弟钻了进来。　　“姐，我上故宫了，这是从故宫里拿出来的。”武庆辉把包放在桌子上。　　“我的天！你惹了大祸了！你就不怕给抓住？”姐姐的声音都变了调。　　“北京这么大，哪儿就能找到这儿？”武庆辉嘟哝着。　　“这不是咱的东西！你还是给送回去。”姐姐说。　　“我偷出来差点儿没摔死，你让我送回去，不摔死也得给抓住！”武庆辉说。　　“不送回去也行，你快把它给我拿走！回老家去吧，北京不能呆了，以后别再来了！”姐姐赶快帮弟弟收拾东西。　　“姐，你留两块。”武庆辉递给姐姐两页金册。　　第二天，姐姐叫来丈夫，让丈夫送弟弟上了火车，回了老家。　　盗贼被判无期徒刑　　没钱的时候，武庆辉都不愿意在家乡当农民，有了钱，他更不甘心在家受苦受累了。两个月后，他认为风平浪静了，动员本家弟弟武良玉和自己一起到新疆去找工作。他想，躲到遥远的新疆，警察就找不到他了。　　想到一旦去了新疆，就不能轻易回老家了，见北京的姐姐也不容易了，于是，他决定去新疆之前再去看看姐姐，顺便打听一下北京有什么动静。不想却在天津被抓住了。　　1960年3月，北京市中级人民法院当庭宣判：武庆辉被判处无期徒刑。武庆辉的姐姐被判处有期徒刑15年。　　而被武庆辉剪碎的那页金册再难复原，我们永远无法看到它了。　　摘自《档案春秋》　　1949年新中国建立以来，北京警方有记载的故宫盗宝案一共发生了5起，分别是在1959年、1962年、1980年(两起)和1987年。本文选载的是1959年故宫盗宝案，被称为“新中国故宫盗宝第一案”。

　　郎咸平的采访，揭开了中国证券史上的一个惊天大秘密，原来，潜伏十余年从未现身的股市大鳄，就是鼎鼎大名的郭美美她妈。她经历了90年代的深圳原始股疯狂，又经历了随后的股市崩盘，再到2001年的2200点，随即经历了2005年6月的998点，又经历了2007年10月的6124点，然后到了2008年的1664点。

　　后来德隆帝国鼎盛时，非法吸存达460亿，德隆帝国轰然倒下时，唐万新如果认识郭美美她妈，一定会学2008年金融危机时高盛的两位高管那样，跑到郭女士的家里，差点跪下，求她拯救德隆帝国。

　　那一年，魏东23岁，刚从中央财经大学金融学院国民经济管理系本科毕业。

　　这一年，郎咸平还没出名，他是四年后才到的香港中文大学任教。当时还默默无闻，直到十年后的2004年，他采用了最为传统的财务分析方法，痛陈国企改革中的国有资产流失弊病，质疑某些企业侵吞国资，并提出目前一些地方上推行的“国退民进”式的国企产权改革已步入误区。引起巨大的影响，被称之为“郎旋风”。 2010年，郎咸平被环球日报评选为最具有良心的“中国十大直言君子”之一。2010年12月，被30多万网民自发推举、票选为“中国互联网九大风云人物”之一。

　　郎咸平对郭美美的采访，被网友们戏称为“郎咸平接受郭美美采访”，因为整个采访过程中，郎咸平起着主导作用，郎咸平采访期间还主动帮助郭家母女澄清王军与红十字会的关系。

　　这一年，王亚伟―现如今最牛的基金经理，只有19岁，刚上大学，还在清华的校园里厮混。直到1994年，王亚伟才进入中信国际合作公司。他在这家公司工作了一年，最后的三个月开始接触证券投资业务。1995年基于对证券投资的兴趣，他进入了华夏证券公司，在当时全国最大的证券营业部：华夏证券北京东四营业部任研究部经理。又过了三年，国内的基金业开始启动，王亚伟跟随当时的营业部总经理后来的的华夏基金总经理范勇宏加入筹备组，4月份公司就成立了。

　　我们做了一个统计，摘取深圳老五股1990年的股价数据，从下表中可以看到，深圳老五股，基本上其上涨的周期是一致的，除深发展之外，万科，金田、安达、原野四只股票的主要涨幅都在1990年4月到10月期间，而深发展的上涨周期较长，是1990年初到当年10月，其中涨幅最大的为深发展，涨幅20倍，如果用5万元投资深发展，从1990年初拿到10月份，中间持股不动，在最低点买入，最高点卖出，可以赚取100万元，如果5万元平均分配买入五只股票，则累计收益为11倍，也就是说5万元平均投入五只股票，最低点买入，最高点卖出，获得的收益为55万元。

　　这些后来的大佬们当时都还很嫩，嫩得像春天里刚刚冒出地面的笋尖，可是郭登峰――郭美美她妈，已经完成了数百万元的原始积累。
