2、有氧运动第一，千万不要早上运动，早上基础血压高，基础体温高，肾上腺至少比傍晚高４倍，有心脏病的人很容易出问题。建议傍晚锻炼，饭后４５分钟再运动。第二．早上起床时间６点，开窗时间９点至１１点，１４点至１６点。若午睡，时间是饭后半小时，最好睡一个小时。晚上１０点到１０点半睡觉，而且睡前洗个热水澡，水温４０－５０度，会使睡眠质量提高。

无半月痕为寒底型。半月痕越少，表示精力越差，这种人的脏腑功能低下，气血运行缓慢，容易疲劳乏力，精神不振，吸收功能差，面色苍白，手脚厥冷，心惊，嗜睡，容易感冒，反复感冒，精力衰退，体质下降，甚则痰湿停滞、气滞血瘀、痰湿结节、肿瘤。2>热底型

连小指也有半月痕者，半月痕增大均属热底型。这种人的脏腑功能强壮身体素质较好。但在病理情况下，则是阳气偏盛，脏腑功能亢进。可见面红，上火，烦躁，便秘，易怒，口干，食量大，不怕冷，好动，甚至血压高、血糖高、中风。3>寒热交替型（阴阳失调型）

蕃茄就是西红柿。吃西红柿不得子宫癌，卵巢癌，胰腺癌，膀胱癌，前列腺癌。西红柿里面有个东西叫蕃茄素，它和蛋白质结合在一块，周围有纤维素包裹，必须加温到一定程度才能出来。生吃西红柿不抗癌，西红柿最好的吃法是西红柿炒鸡蛋，或是蕃茄汤，西红柿鸡蛋汤。大蒜大蒜是抗癌之王。大蒜的吃法很特别，必须先把它切成片，一片一片的薄片放在空气里１５分钟，它跟氧气结合以后产生大蒜素。大蒜本身不抗癌，大蒜素才抗癌，而且是抗癌之王。所以大蒜熟吃，一瓣一瓣地吃，都等于零，没有抗癌作用。大蒜有味不用怕，吃点山楂，嚼点花生米，再吃点好茶叶就没味了。黑木耳现在很多人属于高凝体质（血稠）－－－矮，粗．胖的人，更年期的女同胞，脖子短的人，血型ＡＢ的人特别容易高凝血稠。高凝血稠容易引发心肌梗死。黑木耳最大功效就是可以使血不粘稠。值得注意的一点是吃花生米时要剥皮吃，花生皮没有营养，它只能致血凝片，提高血小板，止血用的。4>动物食品如果有猪肉，又有羊肉，吃羊肉；有羊肉又有鸡肉，吃鸡肉；有鸡有鱼，吃鱼肉；有鱼有虾，吃虾。

天天三笑容颜俏，七八分饱人不老，相逢借问留春术，淡泊宁静比药好。

横纹深粗者，表示一次严重的疾病。

 

        所谓“精足人壮（半月痕足），精弱人病（半月痕变色），精少人老（半月痕少），精尽人亡”。无半月痕的人即使暂时无病，也需要迅速补养身体。特别是只剩下拇指有半月痕时，体内正在告诉你已经用“底油”了，需赶快加“油”了！        保健建议：精力的补充要靠优质中性蛋白质，如奶类、蛋类、豆类、鱼类和黑色性食物、种子性、胚胎性食物，只要保证营养，坚持保养，一般1个半月就在一个指甲长出，通常是先长拇指，以后依次食指、中指、环指、小指，半年以后才能长满。但是，平常要注意休息，如果长期熬夜，则夜生活过度半月痕又会很快消失。

3、如何发展自身素质 　　 　　首先我要问一个很老的问题：如果你明天就瘫痪，你反思以前的时光，觉不觉得后悔？ 　　我想大多数人都会或多或少地在某些方面后悔。有人后悔没好好学习，有人后悔没把看上的妞泡上手，有人后悔没抓住某个机会。 　　无数篇文章都在告诉你，后悔是没有用的，要向前看。这是句废话，后悔没有用谁不知道？关键是你怎么觉得不后悔，我觉得即使你过去一直在上网玩游戏，荒废了学业，荒芜了爱情。那也是不用后悔的，因为你玩游戏时得到了享受，得到了快乐。多少人想找一个单纯的快乐都找不到，你能够拥有，足够了。人生说到底，享受快乐是最终极的，万万不要把拼命工作当成一种常态，匆匆百年，有多少时间是属于自己的呢？我并不是劝大家消极，事实上你“正常”地活着就已经是对社会贡献出自己的一份力量了。吸毒是终极的快感，但这种以燃烧生命为代价的快乐不可取，酗酒、嗜烟性质一样，特此通告。 　　所以对过去的事件后不后悔完全取决于你的理解，事实上我总觉得上帝是公平的，它关上你一扇窗，必为你开启一扇门。举个例子，我们常常同情那些智障人，认为他们可怜，其实在他们单纯的心里，存在的快乐远远比你我多。 　　确信自己不后悔后，并不是要你继续沉溺下去，而是要你扔掉精神上的包袱，好好地混。从现在开始为寻找一个更高层次的享受而努力。 　　当你以不后悔的心态去回想过去时，你才能清楚地看清自己的性格、弱点，了解过去的失败，才能尽最大可能在以后的征程中去避免失败。追忆是一种审视和总结，而后悔除了带给你沮丧外一无所能。 　　我很喜欢一些遭遇过不少挫折的年轻人，他们相较同龄人显得现实、成熟、坚强得多，那些一帆风顺的孩子通常都显得比较激进、狂妄、脆弱。我甚至建议那些从小到大都很“优秀”的孩子要学会人生中最重要的一课：失败。这种失败并非那种考了第二名哭鼻子、买不起名贵提包的失败，而是几乎能够摧毁你的精神支柱那种惨痛，从这种血泊中爬起来的孩子重建的精神支柱是很强大的。语言很血腥，但重在提醒失败和挫折的重要性。一个总是成功的人一旦失败，打击更大，甚至永远站不起来。 　　现在很多年轻人有一种焦虑的情绪，他们总想以最快的速度成功或成为成功人士，总想抓住一个机会立即从目前的困难处境翻身，他们总想着干一番事业，提到创业这两个字总是激情万分。 　　我不想打击这种非常珍贵的激情，但我真的希望你们能够做好充分的准备，包括任何一个细节，最重要的是做好一旦失败后的准备。对于经验不够的创业者来讲，详尽的计划比一些似是而非的所谓机会更重要。 　　说了这么多铺垫后，我具体跟大家谈谈如何在社会实战中提各自身的素质。在社会中进步，在社会实战中进步，北大校长在毕业典礼上说过---注意，是毕业典礼上讲的，不是开学典礼，社会并非绝对公平的；社会不会等待你成长！它可不会管你在学校内和社会内的重大心理落差。 　　一个是要选好技能，比如你是一个农村出来打工者，你要有这样的意识，即如果我长期从事这份工作，除了钱，我能得到些什么？我见过这样一些人，在某个电子厂里做一份工作，就是把几个电子元件插到一块电路板上，每天如此，日复一日。这样的工作能给你带来工资，其它基本没有，哪天工厂一倒，你也跟着散伙。这样的日子哪怕过一百年，你还是一个普通的一无所能的打工者。一定要有学习的意识，一定要有学习技能往上爬的意识，一年内阿二和阿三，一个在电子厂做这种工作，一个学电焊做学徒工，五年后，阿二还是电子厂工人，阿三学会了合金钢的焊接，合格率高，他的工资和地位远远超过了阿二。这就是有前途的工作和学习结合的结晶。 　　明白我的意思了么？哪怕你只有最底层的工作去做，你也要尽量寻找能够学到东西的工作和拥有强烈的学习欲望，除了中彩票，这是你最现实的翻身机会。 　　第二个是要学会潜伏。有人很缺少耐心，做某一样工作总是时间不长，学东西总是半途而废，这是最忌讳的习惯，在公司、单位里用心工作，把该学的技能慢慢学到，该拿的证书依次拿下，公司里那个对你跳脚大骂的上司，单位里那个老是给你玩阴的头儿并不是笨蛋，当你能够狠够忍慢慢成长起来的时候，你会发现他对你的态度也在慢慢转化，因为他发现你重要起来了。而这时候你再看看外界，N多的公司在向你招手，高职高薪也并不是梦想了。在某天清晨，你穿着笔挺的西服，礼貌地把一封辞职信放在那个上司前时，他的脸色绝对比你当年跟他不甘示弱大吵一架后摔门而走时让你爽得多。 　　我相信，只要你选准目标，持之以恒，付出相当的汗水和泪水后，你的收获绝对会物超所值。而且我所说的，基本都是大家能够做到的。 　　　　人一生在四十岁前大的方面来说有四个转折点，学业、就业、婚姻、择业。 　　学业中的小至大学基本没什么好谈的，除了上大学你或多或少有点自主权外，其它的一是你父母安排二是你也没能力选择。你所能把握的就是学业中的学技能，学到好的技能或者掌握少数人才会的技能，这对你以后的发展极有好处。问题是这个阶段没有多少青年人肯付出，大家思想没有成熟到计划到三四十岁以后，十几二十岁的小伙子，是不会有那么多东西要考虑的，考试过关、疯狂玩乐、恋爱交友、睡觉这些还嫌时间少呢，哪有那么多精力去认真学技能。一个电子信息工程专业的，到最后能基本掌握芯片技术能跟在老师后设计并做好实验的少之又少，而这些人出去后，都是真正意义上的高薪人才。但关键是，要做这种少之又少的人，所付出的汗水实在是太多了，这个，只要是这个专业的人都会明白。 　　至于什么是好的技能，这个实在无法比较，中科院院士的收入未必比得过一个学过五年木工的包工头，就普遍情况来说，个人认为，是不是一流的重点大学相较下不太重要，重要的是好的专业，一个好的专业将来在社会上的路会非常宽广，而一个一流大学的冷门专业，在社会上是混不下去的。比如北大的考古专业和某警官学院的经侦类专业。。。这个意思，你明白吗？ 　　选择或学习技能，是你人生第一个转折点。可是很少人能够把握这个转折点，主要是年龄和阅历达不到，再摊上个糊涂父母，你也许就晃晃悠悠地从一条康庄大道踏上了羊肠小道了。更坏的是，这种情况实在太多了。 　　所以，所以，当你弟弟妹妹踏上这个转折点时，别忘了扶上马，送一程。 　　更何况，二十五岁之前，这个转折点，还是掌握在你手中！ 　　PS：选专业，有个最重要的一点，很多人容易忽略！在选择专业前，第一要看的绝不是这个专业有多火有多容易就业有多热门。第一要做的事是：把家里所有的关系梳理一遍，什么七大姑八大姨，靠得住的全找出来，分析一下其中有权势的、有位置的亲戚朋友在哪些领域中，然后依次分析看看能不能找得动，找能找得动的、有门路的跑跑，只要真正靠得住的，就报考以后能在他手下发展的专业！比如你姑父在一家大船厂当副厂长，你就分析下他四五年后是否在位，是否会有意外---说这些有些残酷，但没办法你就得冷静分析，如有把握罩得到，就报个船舶制造类专业，以后就业发展绝对会顺利得多！ 　　就业也是一个转折点，有人一路上学，考研读博，在人为制造出来的潮流诱骗下，三十三岁才开始踏入社会，得到了一个还算中等的职业，回头一看，隔壁那小子十七岁辍学出去闯江湖，帮服装厂老板开了几年车，仗着人机灵学会了服装业的一些套路和窍门自己回家开了个小服装作坊，现在小车别墅二奶全了。你说这叫什么事？读那么些年书，成本付出太大了，最后能成功尚不能补全自己最美好的青春，如果一旦不合意这辈子算毁了，这赌得太大了。所以我强烈建议大家，智商中等的，学习适可而止，早点就业，在社会中的机会，比你在象牙塔内孤注一掷的机会多得多。哪怕你现在就业的地点和性质非常不好，只要你用心，绝对有机会能成就一番。当然如果你不用心得不到好结果，也不必骂我劝你没读博，你要有读博的那么大劲头，在社会上你什么拼不到？ 　　早不早日就业，客观因素影响很多，根据情况具体对待。 　　婚姻是很多人容易忽略的转折点，事实上，这个是非常重要的转折点！ 　　我希望大家在大学、在初通情感时谈谈恋爱，起码要把初恋（不含单相思、意识流）这个阶段过去，因为初恋虽然美好，其实是最愚蠢的，双方根本没有任何基于未来现实的考虑，只是因为爱情，这个可以在作家笔下美好地出现，可以供你老了后回忆回忆，把它当成婚姻的必需条件绝对是错误的！不排除有些人一次成功，婚后幸福，但这个几率可以忽略不谈。 　　很简单，因为初恋是没有功利性的，而我想教大家的是：婚姻，是要带有功利性的！它是你人生基本成型后的一个很现实的翻身机会，起码是一个幸福生活的机会。 　　我这样说，肯定有很多人会争执，说你这样说的话，爱情和婚姻还有什么意义？生活中屈指可数的美好的事物都让你毁掉了！ 　　NONONO！恰恰相反，我是教你真正幸福美好的婚姻！ 　　我所指的功利性，并不单指经济方面的，也包括你的精神方面的。 　　几百年前，在婚姻上，人们重视门当户对，几百年后，门当户对绝对没有过时，相反，我们还要有更进一步的内涵赋予它。不仅仅是经济和社会地位的门当户对，还包括学识、认知、教育程度等方面的门当户对。 　　一个学富五车的女子跟一个自小辍学种地为生的农民（绝非歧视农民，就事论事）的婚姻会幸福吗？如果幸福，那是电影，那是他娘的艺术。现实中是肯定不会幸福的，为什么不幸福？原因地球人都知道。 　　在此基础上，凡在素质上相差过大的，不敢说百分百，起码一大半我们说心里会有遗憾。那么，找一个精神方面稍稍靠近的终生伴侣对不对？ 　　我要说的重点在经济方面，但这个重点我不太好详说，得靠你们去悟。世上无难事，只怕有心计人，你在这个社会上能达到什么高度，得看你够不够狠，无论是对人，还是对已。我只能说，如果你能找到一个你们双方都喜欢的、精神层次相近的、对方能给你无边发展潜力或现实好处的终生（或不终生？）伴侣该多好啊！至于这句话的形容词能去掉哪几个，你们自己取舍。 　　上述转折点，邪恶的人多想想，善良的人们，我们还是尽量找个好老婆找个好婆家吧。不必那么极端。但也不必非得看上帅帅的穷小伙或漂亮的穷姑娘。这个转折点，极其重要，切记切记。 　　择业也是一个重要的转折点，和就业不同，就业大多数时候我们是被就业的，被迫就业，做着自己并不喜欢的工作，跟自己并不喜欢的人打交道。 　　那么外界某一个机会摆在你面前，你有选择性了，这就是择业。这一个转折点，很多人能遇到，具体选择，请参考上一章的第三小节。 　　总结一下，我所说的几个转折点，并不是一生中只有这几个，而是相对有可控性的，如果你把投胎、中了大奖之类也算转折点的话，也是对的，但这没有意义。这几类转折点也并不具有唯一性，比如择业可能就有很多次，所以错过个把转折点也不要气妥，漫漫人生路，总会错几步，多吸取教训，多听些提醒，才能越走越宽阔。

 那天在群里无聊，给群友说着玩。 　　我朋友的朋友，承包了一个大鱼塘，做水产养殖，有一年鱼塘边的简易宿舍里来了个看鱼人，我以为是朋友雇来帮他看塘的，也没注意。 　　由于经常去那塘钓鱼，跟那个看鱼人也熟悉起来，姓蔡，是个黑黑瘦瘦的中年人，干活从不偷懒，该扛饲料扛饲料，大冬天的，该跳进水里起鱼就跳进水里起鱼。朋友对他挺好，有时我带几条烟给他，随手就甩给蔡一条，吃饭也跟朋友一起吃，也从来没客气过。平时也不多话，跟朋友也很少开玩笑。 　　时间长了我有点奇怪，但也没往深里去，后来有一次我请当地派出所几个朋友来钓鱼，蔡那一天就在宿舍里没出来。后来派出所几个人走了，朋友去喊他，居然脸色有点发白，点烟时几次没点着。 　　鱼塘一看就是三年，后来蔡称要回家了，朋友请他吃饭，吃完了什么也不说，反而又向朋友要了一笔钱回家了。 　　几个月后，我在某县城办事，朋友打电话给我得知我在某县城，当即提出蔡正好住在这县城，可以让蔡来陪我。很久没见，我事也办得不太顺，估计还要呆很长时间，于是就说好请他吃顿饭。 　　我在当地一家饭馆叫了几个菜，等着蔡。 　　没过多久，蔡和好几个人一起进来，看到我非常高兴，我当时看着蔡就觉得不对，一身的名牌，手指上老大的祖母绿，后面跟着的人全都对他很恭敬。 　　当时叫我去吃饭，我有些尴尬，说将就吃吧菜都点好了。 　　蔡就回头跟一直跟着的老板指了指我：我兄弟，你那菜他不吃了。 　　老板点头哈腰：不要紧不要紧。 　　到当地某酒店吃完，聊了一通，问起我的来由，我也说了一下，很客气地开了个房间让我休息一会。 　　我立即打电话给朋友问老蔡的来头，朋友哈哈大笑，问我觉得老蔡是什么人？我说像黑SH。朋友说对啊，是啊，他是当地最大的头。 　　我还没回过神来，蔡下面的一个人敲门，提着一大塑料袋钱跟我很有礼貌地说某某单位欠你们单位的款已经全部还完了。 　　我当时就愣了。五年没要到的死帐就这么全回来了。 　　整整五天就是不让我走，非让我吃喝玩乐了五天。蔡亲自陪同，跟我把酒话当年。 　　原来，只因当年一件事没摆平，出门躲了三年。 　　故事完了。 　　我把故事讲给群友听，问他们觉得有什么意义？ 　　一个个觉得我那朋友够义气，讲义气，最终得到好报。 　　我说P，我说这事的目的是让你们知道做大事，或者能够东山再起的人的性格和修练。 　　一个养尊处优的人能够蹲在蚊虫肆虐的荒地里像真正的苦工一样干活，而且一干就是三年，这是一种什么样的狠劲和忍劲？对派出所的人如此害怕，有人认为没胆量，我却认为是真的谨慎和不盲目。只有这样，才有东山再起的机会。你说，这样的人，在哪条路上不能成功？ 　　好吧，最后让我们一起来谴责这些坏人吧，不然正义的网络不会答应的。

一定要小心看起来非常好的机会 　　 　　我们假设在国外，有一个国家，经历过了五六十年代的基本均富、七十年代的蠢蠢欲动、八十年代的先吃螃蟹者先富、九十年代的政策性造富后，富人完成了资本积累，其中相当一部分滚雪球一般成为了巨头、垄断者或被政府招安成为一名官商暧昧不清的大批财富执掌者。在现有财富基本瓜分、社会阶层基本形成、社会秩序和游戏规则基本制定的今天，你身在这个国家中，你还期望有一夜暴富的美事吗？ 　　基于这个逻辑，在我们这些金字塔最底层的巨大人群中看起来完美无缺的诱人机会，普遍是靠不住的，一些天上掉馅饼的事件不敢说百分之百，起码百分之九十是有陷井的。你要仔细想想，在现在这个社会里，谁有义务去无条件帮助你？助人为乐，那也是要做过后基于一种道德境界内得到一定精神快感才会发生的，世界上没有单纯的“助人”这个词的。 　　我这么说，并不是想把所有的机会一棍子打死，只是提醒大家，面对看上去很美的机会时，一定要睁大眼睛，擦亮眼球，逆向思考（即站在给予你机会的对方面去考虑TA这样做的目的），把机会可能发生的偏差全盘考虑，最后果断大胆行事。 　　举例来说，你能轻易相信这些国家中的博彩业没有人操纵吗？你能轻易相信你的生意伙伴忽然打电话给你说有一批便宜的货要卖给你这件事后面全无隐情吗？你能轻易相信你的下属真诚地对你说你太辛苦了应该注意休息了这些话吗？你能轻易相信酒桌上拍着胸脯说可以把钱全借给你的朋友吗？你能轻易相信卖酱油的隔壁老板忽然一天说要有奖销售头奖一百万现金这种促销手段吗？ 　　诸如此类，只要你冷静思考、亲自核实，你会得到隐藏在这些泡沫下的真正机会的！ 　　PS：很多人不清楚目前这些国家的财富是怎么倒腾的，我可以告诉大家，针对普通群众的制度目前是比较完善的，基本杜绝了在守法的情况下突然巨富的可能，但如果你靠你原始积累到了一千万（数字不准确，只是这个意思）这个层次，凭着积累的种种关系的人脉、正当或不正当的经验、规范或擦边球的路子，你很容易赚到二千万，如果你发现赚钱到了瓶颈期，那挡你财路的，基本没有了制度这个说法了，只能是人。个中深意，请你意会。 　　以上言论，均针对国外，如有巧合，纯属意外。 　　 　　　对待金钱的态度 　　 　　经常看到主流电视杂志报纸上教育大家怎么对待金钱，无非排排座，让大家提高到清高这种境界上去。 　　在社会里没有这种提法。社会不会去排金钱怎么怎么重要怎么怎么不重要，它用无数的事实告诉你：金钱是这个世界上你的第二忠诚朋友，第一忠诚的是你的狗。 　　只要你还有一口气在，你的银行卡都不会扔下你去找别人。这是你的金钱对你的态度。 　　那你应该如何去对待金钱呢？ 　　踏入这个社会第一步开始，你就要对金钱保持贪婪！这是你最强的原动力之一。很难想象一个对金钱淡漠的人会最后成为巨额财富的掌控者。对金钱处于永远的饥渴状态能让你思维更敏捷、手脚更快、支出更科学，从而让你获得更多的积累。 　　任何情况下，不要失去对金钱的兴趣，任何情况下。

身体健康是绝对的第一重要 　　 　　这句话几乎每个人都不会反对，但现实中我发现几乎每个人都或多或少地不爱惜自己的身体。 　　这个话题我不想说多，只是再一次郑重郑重郑重郑重提醒大家。千万不要前四十年拿命买钱，后四十年拿钱买命。没有肉体健康，你的生活质量荡然无存。建议每天起码一次要想起自己还健康，感受到这种幸福。 　　不要有什么借口说如果我不怎么怎么样下场会很惨什么的，人生中只要有一次长躺在病床上的遭遇，你的整个人生观都会发生巨大的变化。 　　 　　学会换位思考 　　 　　只要你常有这种心态，你会学会包容、宽容，它会让你的胸襟广阔，气质不凡。 　　你常常抱怨老板对你苛刻，你常常认为你朋友对你不公，但你从来不会问自己这样一个问题：如果换过来，我是老板或对方，我会怎么做？ 　　不要乱说什么如果我是老板我会给职工很多钱、放很多假什么的，仔细想想，摸着自己的良心说，如果你做老板，你或许比他还要过分；如果你是对方，也许会更恶劣。 　　经常这样想时，你的很多愤怒便会慢慢平息下来，能够了解对方的需求和特点，拿出更理智的态度去对待他。 　　善解人意有助你交到更多的好朋友，能够在长期合作中让大家对你印象不断加分。 　　但有时我们也会发现，即使换位思考，你也会觉得对方太过分、太无理，那么，还犹豫什么呢？对他进行更强硬的反击啊。善解人意绝不意味着一味忍让！实际社会中，一个只有“好”这个评价的人却通常在社会上也混得不行，适当强硬一点，你会发现也会有助于提升你所在圈子的地位。这个也是种微妙的心理因素，会专门说一下的。 　　 　　从最坏的角度去衡量 　　 　　无论做什么事件，要先把最坏的结果想到。这个能有效降低对事件成功狂热的期望值，能有效降低失败后强烈的挫败感，有助于你冷静分析过程，少受自己过于高估的能力的影响。而且这样去想后，即使失败，你也有一种能够把握的感觉，提升你的全局观。 　　举个例子，你把钱投入股市、去做生意，你主观上就要当这钱不存在，计算自己家产时，不要当福布斯一样，把有价证券的即时市值计算进去。除非你立即折现，不然你永远不知道明天你这块还有多少。 　　在一定的客观范围内，把自己的有利因素尽量保守，把要遇到的困难尽量最大化，这样会让你尽最大的认真去准备，尽最大的努力去克服。 　　把这点当成一种习惯，它带给你的好处将是巨大的。

教你怎样混社会 　　很多人混到现在一事无成，或自认为一事无成。还有很多人混到现在感觉很失败，或不成功。还有很多人混到现在就觉得过得没意思，过得很机械，过得已经不会思考和心动。我们羡慕着社会上每一个成功人士，羡慕着身边的有钱人，羡慕着身边每一辆呼啸而过的名车。我们时常有这样的念头：他妈的，我怎么混得这么差？ 　　是啊，我怎么会混得这么差？当年班里（周围）不如我的那个家伙怎么现在这么发达？ 　　收起你酸酸的目光，让我来告诉你，怎么混社会。 　　本文只针对苦苦挣扎混社会的朋友来讲，即工作拼命，拿钱不多，地位不高，受伤不少，前无出路，后无靠山，前途迷茫，目标缺失的一类人。 　　 　　一、交友。 　　 　　1、混社会的基本配置。 　　人的一生，不能百年孤独，总要有朋友，如果你想做一名合格的平民百姓，只要奉公守法，那随着你的性子交友，你愿意交就交，不愿意就让他滚。但你想在社会上混出点名堂来，就得有选择性地交友、有功利性地交友。对于一般人来讲，朋友圈中起码得有一名医生、一名律师、一名小官员，一名警察、一名老师、一名地痞流氓。 　　我为什么这么说，其实这些朋友里，平时基本上用不着，一般人朋友圈里多是同事、同学、邻居，因为我们平时打交道的朋友、一起喝酒唱歌洗澡的朋友，也就这一圈了，若没有一定的目的性，谁会去刻意交往一个律师或一个流氓呢？ 　　医生、律师、警察、老师，这些平常好像很少用到的朋友，关键时刻是能救你的急或难的，有些能救你的命！到医院看病，有一名医生朋友是值得庆幸的，省下了冤枉的挨宰费是小事，合理用药用材料，替你联系他自己心里清楚的医术高超的好医生帮你看病这才是真正不可缺的帮助。律师的作用,gel asics nimbus，大家应该都知道，你落难倒霉的关键时候，他能拉你有力的一把。警察也不用说，常在社会混，哪能不湿鞋，车被扣了，人被查了，基本上这些事有一个局内朋友帮你，你不会吃多大亏。老师的作用对于以后家有儿女的朋友来讲，无疑是巨大的。 　　有人说认识这些普通医生老师警察没用，比如你看内科，五官科朋友帮不上;你想帮儿子补习英语，语文老师用不了。提这些问题的都是注定在社会上混得比较低级的人。难道这些人就没有自己的朋友圈子吗？五官科的朋友他就不能找到内科的朋友？学校里语文老师的同事就没人教英语？你交往这些朋友的同时，其实也与他的朋友圈子里的人发生了交集。能认识到更多的准中层阶级，对你又何尝不是一次更好的机会？ 　　官员、流氓。拥有一名官员朋友，哪怕是一个基层公务员朋友的好处有多少，我想地球人都知道。在此基础上，官越大越好，相应的，处成朋友的机率也就越小。至于为什么要有一个流氓地痞朋友，很多人不明白，其实很简单，在现阶段的社会里，日常生活中很多事，用这些朋友去解决，比其它任何方法都简便有效得多，但不能无限制地使用，他的副作用也是蛮大的，没有代价只有得到是不可能的，具体怎么考虑性价比，请精密计算。 　　至于更豪华的配置，能拥有就更好，比如朋友圈里有富豪，有七品以上官员，有老板，有二世祖，有很牛叉的某长，再比如朋友圈里有比尔盖次有奥巴马，那不叫混社会，那叫玩社会。 　　 　   2、如何交到你想交的朋友。 　　世上无难事，只怕有心计人。交朋友想一下子交到知心朋友，这是不可能的，但如果你用心设计，起码能交到一般的酒肉朋友，而对于功利性交友，能达到“酒肉朋友”这种境界也可以了。 　　交友无秘决，唯酒桌与爱好耳。这两种是交友的捷径，一桌酒整下来，起码脸熟了，话讲了，几次酒喝下来，不是假朋友也是伪兄弟了。而对于另一些人来讲，顺着他的爱好往下交，百发百中。人活于世，不可能没有爱好，如果你觉得一个人没有爱好，那说明你没发现。他喜欢吃喝，陪他吃喝;他喜欢唱歌跳舞，陪他跳舞唱歌;他喜欢装纯情玩艺术，陪他诗词歌赋。如此这般几次，不愁他不把你引为知已，起码也是个同好。 　　交朋友细节方面也有两点，舍得和倾听，如果你会点察言观色那就更好。舍得是金钱方面的舍得，你又想交点有用的朋友，又吝啬无比，那只好请你继续苦苦挣扎。另一点是倾听，这点其实非常重要，领导为什么那么喜欢开会？因为有一大堆人听自己讲话实在太爽了，心理医生为什么几乎能和每位患者处成朋友？因为他们能忍住不抽滔滔不绝患者的冲动，反能拿出一副津津有味的听众模样来。越来越快节奏的社会里，越来越自私的人群中，有多少人肯听你在那边有病无病呻吟？什么时候你学会了少无聊发言，多耐心倾听时，你的城府才算略有小深，你的朋友才会越来越多。 　　至于如何认识到这些不同行业的朋友，说起来不可思议，其实真的很简单。美国人曾经做过一个很有趣的试验，他们想看看一个随机的普通人要通过多少层关系才能认识娱乐圈里的某个明星或某个上层政治人物，无数次试验说明，一个随机的陌生人，最多八层关系，便可以找到这个明星或政治人物。关系基本上是类似于朋友的朋友的父亲认识明星大姨的侄子的邻居之类。但可以肯定的是，每个人都可以通过层层关系找到这些人！明星通过努力尚可以找到，何况各行业的普通人？还是那句老话：世上无难事，只怕有心计人。 　　 　　3、如何编织以自己为结点的关系网。 　　掌握这么多朋友资源后，如果闲置不用或仅仅关键时候才用就太可惜了。任何一个在社会上混得风生水起的人，他必定是左右逢源的，起码表面上他是个平民眼里的能人，能办成一些一般人办不到的事件，找到一些一般人找不到的人。这样的人，就是一种蜘蛛侠---善于编织一张以自己为结点的关系网。 　　那么该怎么编织这张网呢？说简单点，就是乾坤大挪移+移花接木神功，用甲朋友的关系帮乙朋友的事，再用乙朋友的关系办丙朋友的事。话是不错，听起来很美，实际办起来特别烦人，一个不好两边都容易得罪。所以大部分人嫌麻烦，所以大部分人都是平民。编织这样一张网，是大耗精力的，可一旦成型，你也是受用无穷的。当你牵桥搭线时，多慎密衡量，谨慎行动，多做出一些成功的案例，不知不觉中，你会发现你的办事能力已经超越你的思考能力了。 　　PS：决不迷信任何规定和原则。路劲基建董事局主席单伟豹曾经说过这样几句隐语：永远不要在困难面前低头退让，天下任何困难一定有一条让你走过去、穿过去、绕过去的路。我非常喜欢这句话，也办过不少在困难和规定面前看似无法解决的问题，但最后总能找到办法或走或穿或绕过去。 　　 　　4、如何让自己的利益最大化。 　　功利性交友真正的目的还是实现投资最小化和利益最大化。有些大度的朋友喜欢帮别人，自己有困难了却因为面子很少去求人家帮忙，这是一种彻底的傻。朋友的基本作用是互相帮忙，甚至从某个层面上来讲互帮也是一种维持朋友关系的钮带。你认识一个朋友，只想着帮他，不让他帮自己，你想做雷锋雷死我？事实上，你多索求朋友的帮助，朋友下次请你帮忙时才会心安理得，交往起来才不会有别扭或扭捏。次数一多，朋友就能深发展成好朋友。这是一种微妙的心理关系，多多善加利用。 　　另一种情况是，你的甲朋友偶然急需一万吨无烟媒，你的乙朋友恰好卖无姻媒，但甲乙并不认识。这种情况下，你会怎么办？有哥们说了，这不好办嘛，介绍他俩认识不就成了？那我要恭喜这位哥们，你已经有一半像伍佰了。 　　正确的做法是，在甲朋友面前强调一切困难，但自己会拼老命帮他;在乙朋友面前强调一切困难，但自己会拼老命帮他。你玩玩空手道，赚笔差价，顺带多了两个铁杆朋友。 　　其它事情，参照执行，长期以往，必定露馅。所以要分析情况，有选择性地实行利益最大化。 　　PS：所举例子，非常简单，但真正能每件事做到就不简单。玩火、走钢丝能玩出水平走出层次来，这才叫如鱼得水，混得得心应手。 　　 　　5、怎么区别对待朋友。 　　基本上的顺序是这样的：真心朋友》极品朋友》好友》功利性朋友》一般朋友。 　　真心朋友是一剂心灵鸡汤，每个人都需要，但不一定每个人都能真正拥有。每一个人一生中能交上一二个即可。哪位如果说我真心朋友有十几个，那这位朋友你的心太多了。 　　这种朋友是无话不谈的，是在你走投无路时无条件拉你一把的，是你手机号码上第一位的，是你深夜车坏在半路打电话叫醒他准来的，是你嫖娼被抓后找担保人最先想到的那一个。 　　极品朋友这就不好说了，什么房地产老板、市委书记之类的。你确信他是你朋友后，这就叫极品。。。 　　好友类似于死党，特别玩得来的那一种，关系仅次于真心朋友，数目也很稀少。这种朋友是可以借给他钱的朋友，视关系深浅定借钱数额多少。 　　功利性朋友即指前述朋友。 　　一般朋友范围笼统，熟人也可以叫一般朋友。从同床异梦到点头之交的，都可以叫一般朋友，这种朋友大部分不能借钱，但可以少量给钱，即借出去就别想回头那种。 　　 　　二、混社会自身素质的修养。 　　 　　1、如何看待自身素质 　　 　　提到这个问题，好多朋友都会不由自主地联想到学历、工作经验、工作技能、各种证书、海归、成果、琴棋书画等等社会上推崇的“正统”素质。 　　其实你们受传统教育的惯性思维错了！混社会，每个人都不是一无所有。每个人都有自己独特的技能。举个简单的例子，能喝酒也是一种技能！ 　　上述“正统”技能，它确实在某一方面提升人的某一领域的素质，但它决不是混社会的全部。它最大的作用，是你走向社会某一扇门的一块敲门砖，它能证明的，只是你过去在极小的一个范围内是否优秀，它完全证明不了你以后在社会上的价值！ 　　我们经常在社会某单位里看到例子，有人发牢骚：MD，我重点院校毕业，工作能力突出优秀，怎么就比不上那个拍马屁一无所用的某某。其实完全可以这样理解，你的重点院校的文凭，跟一个会和领导打成一片的马屁精，完全不好比，在你们所处的这个小环境内，你这唯一会的技能是不能适合这个小环境的。这样说有些残酷，有些让人灰心，但我只用事实说话，毕竟社会教育跟学校教育是大不相同的。 　　我想说的是：为什么你总是在发牢骚呢？你为什么不能做一个拥有重点院校文凭、工作能力突出优秀的马屁精呢？ 　　下面有朋友不屑了：切，垃圾，我宁可如何，不会做这种无耻的事件。 　　做马屁精不是沦落，马屁精也不是一个贬义词。 　　有些朋友还是有些自卑，“我只是初中毕业，学习成绩不好，成天喝酒打牌上网，玩桌球”“我只会玩网络游戏、跳舞，其它不会”。。。。这些话语有些极端，我总觉得人要发现自已身上的优点和缺点，你说会打牌是优点还是缺点？ 　　你想和别人处朋友，但你前些年只顾学习，主动避免玩物丧志，从来不碰牌、网络游戏、桌球这些看似无聊的东西。所以你一样不会，那我想问在社会上，是能说会道什么东西都会点的人容易处朋友，还是你这种不碰娱乐的聪明人容易处？ 　　有朋友又要说了，学习第一，其它第二不好么？照你这样说，我就顾着玩好了。 　　不要这样理解，我想说，社会上绝大多数人都是普通人，学习书本这条路只适合极少数天才型选手，你成不了科学界的人，最终还是要落到凡间的，在凡间，会打牌和英语六级证书有时一样重要的！之所以你会知道学习书本第一这个道理，是你的父母老师同学长期灌输的结果，只是走上社会之前，你并不知道质疑。 　　在这一小节最后，我还是用事实来说话吧。 　　历数古代君王，你就会发现，基本分两部分，一部分是世袭的，也就是衔着金钥匙出生的，成为君王，一部分大多是粗鄙草根之人，其中不乏浪荡子、穷光蛋、流氓地痞。他们一无所有，所以敢闯敢拼，他们失无可失，所以有天大的勇气，他们无知识但有智慧，所以成就大业。而那些无比聪明、会读书、读好书，在社会上衣食无忧但又发不了大财的人都在干什么？在做谋士，在做文臣，在做师爷。诸葛亮吴用之类为什么不是皇帝、头领？ 　　同理，现在社会上那些大发其财的老板、董事长都是些什么来头？有几个北大清华的？初中生领导博士生下属再正常不过了。但仔细分析一下他们，除了那部分世袭的，创业的第一代中，基本没有太高学历，有也是后天“补”上去的，无一例外，他们都是有魄力有智慧的人。这难道不能说明问题？ 　　我并不是要大家都能成就到他们那样的高度，他们的高度也并不单纯由自己打拼而来，时代大环境的机遇、自己小环境的机遇都是缺一不可的。我只是说明一条，茫茫社会中，高学历不代表高素质，高酒量也不代表高素质，没有一个东西是永恒不变的，凭高技术得到领导老板赏识和凭陪领导老板喝酒得到领导老板赏识两种结果和所得利益是完全一样的，关键就是第二点，如何定位发挥自己的素质，如何找准自己的位置领域！ 　　 　　2、如何定位自身的素质 　　 　　人的素质取决于很多方面，但在混社会里，在自我方面，完善的性格是第一位的，而智商列于第二。完善的性格也包括不少方面，大体上讲一是不动声色，二是察言观色。不动声色是对自己的情绪、情感、个性的适时适度控制，认清楚自己的能力，清楚地知道自己在每一个场合所扮演的角色，不逾越，不退缩，尽量把自己扮演的角色发挥到最佳状态。而察言观色是指对别人的观察，在交往中观察别人的性格、能力、优缺点，清楚对方是什么货色，从而选出合适的应对。这两点很难做到，特别是控制自己，真的很难，从小事做起，把这两点当成一种习惯，日子久了，你便会在别人眼中逐渐成熟起来。 　　小技巧：初出校门的人和涉世不深的人通常都觉得不知道如何跟社会上形形色色的人打交道，觉得跟同龄人话很多，可跟另外一些角色，比如上司、长辈、出租车司机等等之类人没什么话题，往往一些场面上，一些人哪怕初次认识的人都聊得好像特别投机，而你好像就根本没什么话谈。出现这种情况是正常的，每个人都是从这步开始的，在这里我也不想教大家什么去找双方共同点啊去顺着对方话讲啊之类的复杂的方法，一个最简单的方法，就是看一个特别会社交的朋友怎么讲话的，怎么引出一个又一个话题的。刚开始就是看，然后学、模仿，最后试，哪怕出点错也没事，坚持下去，长期以往，你的交往能力便会不知不觉地突飞猛进了。 　　当你达到成熟这个境界时，你就会较为理智地看待自己的素质了，不轻视自己，但也绝不看高自己，对别人给你戴的高帽子能够知道真假，对别人诋毁轻视你的话能够充满自信。在这个基础上，做什么事件基本上就很有分寸并学会计划，稳重有力地推进了。 　　比成熟更高一步的是世故，比世故更进一点的是奸滑，比奸滑更强一层的是你不知道、看不清他是什么人。这种人叫做人精，一般比较大的官场和商界有售。 　　再一个就是对自己工作的定位。没有不好的工作，只有不对的位置，这句话是对的，但没有任何意义。就好比我说你是人类一样，对的，但没意义。很多人学校出来，发现自己在所学范围内根本找不到工作；有些人干了一段时间工作，发现自己不能忍受这种工作。于是大家便在找不找对口的工作、找不找自己喜爱的工作之中挣扎、徘徊。 　　有个很好的建议给大家，这是社会这所大学研究生研究出来的成果，任何一所一流的大学都找不到的。 　　二十五岁之前不定行业，三十岁之前不定工作，三十七岁之后不轻易动窝子。 　　二十五岁之前不定行业。意即哪怕你上的大学是园林专业，以后都不一定非要在环境方面搭上点关系，没准你会弹一手好钢琴，哪个酒吧聘你为钢琴手，这也是一种工作，完全不必遗憾大学白上了之类，在目前的中国，大学的技能化大大减弱，一个计算机专业的学生，毕业后未必知道内存条插在哪、写一条最简单的循环程序；一个医学类的学生，学四年可能都比不上实习一年的收获。二十五岁前，完全可以在一个领域内重新学习，重新开始，只因年轻和失败得起。 　　三十岁前不定工作。三十岁前，你必须确定一个行业，比如卖不锈钢还是当一名教师还是做一名漆匠，因为这些行业都需要大把的时间精力来熟悉和掌握，但工作地点和时间是不必固定的，你可以在深思熟虑后反复跳槽，直到找到一个你满意的单位、公司、团队。因为虽然你不算太年轻，但你没负担，你折腾得起。 　　三十七岁后不轻易动窝子。三十七岁后，你的人生之路在没多大意外的情况下，基本成形，况且我相信，你也在你这一片领域里有了自己的一些声望和地位。最重要的，你的家庭基本稳定，子女初生，父母渐衰，你逐渐成为家里的主心骨。在这种情况下，谨慎肯定不是一件坏事。 　　以上属一般情况下的规则，如有特殊情况，则为非主流，恕不赘述。 　　有朋友问了，我有某某某技能，我有某某某能力，你看我能干什么呢？那不好回答，每个人所得到的机遇是绝不一样的，北大的毕业生也可以卖猪肉。自己综合分析自己的性格和能力，看看自己是不是干某件事的料，比如同样是上网半夜出来买饼当宵夜，有人一买就走，边啃边想着游戏；有人却在意今天饼厚薄大小，自己是不是买亏了；有人却注意到了最近卖饼的生意特别好，不由自主地替他算算今天能赚多少，除去成本后的月净利润，还看周围有没有类似摊点，客流量的多少，有多少人买饼这么一堆数据。恭喜最后这位同学，你略有经商的头脑，肯德基为什么在中国极少倒闭，它的市场调研和前期研究方面就是您这样来的。

最后一课：谈谈送礼 　　 　　在中国，在现在的中国，送礼是个超大的课题，一个人一生中要接受和送出无数的礼物。你看逢年过节，路上熙熙攘攘，全是送礼的，而电视上细算下来，礼品广告能占去三分之一强。 　　这不是个好现象，但你不能逆而行之，现实要你随波逐流。 　　既然大家都要做，你就要研究其中的学问，并把它作为自己的行动准则来获取最大的利益回报。 　　送给谁？送什么？怎么送？ 　　基本你需要送礼的有下面几类人 　　1、亲戚朋友。2、长期罩你或管你或互惠的人。3、突发性送礼。4、其它。

 但是你总不至于见人家第一面就热情邀请人家去夜总会或某会所某中心吧？千万别傻到这程度啊。 　　送礼前是要经过精密计算的，好好想想你能从这件事中得到多大的利益？如果你跟受礼方只是一锤子买卖，那送礼成本一般不超过自己所得利益的百分之五十，如果事情成功后能收获一定的社会效益，比如获得周围人的认可或赞誉---其中还有隐藏的利益更好，那甚至可以拿出百分之八十的利益来送。如果想长期合作，那送礼成本一般要维稳在百分之三十至六十五之间，这是小型合作的指标。如果你生意玩大了，那自然有吸血的人来主动附合你，那自可以不按比率而按量来算，当然，玩到那种程度，送礼早已不是难题了。 　　收了礼后又不办事的，这种人要坚决予以打击！官员收钱不办事的情况相比较还是少的，他们一般还是蛮谨慎的。而社会层面的就不好说了。反正不管哪种情况，如果你觉得很冤或数额较大的，并且以后不愿再找他的，应该不遗余力地把钱物要回来！听起来很荒唐，但大多数时候都要得回来，你信不？不要因为面子，白白丢了票子。相信我，他们大多数时候不愿意把这事闹大，哪怕没有证据的闹。 　　但你不要某天不加掩饰地对某长说：你没办成事，上次抽我两包中华还我。。。。那就真的丢了面子了。 　　还是以思考题来结束这一课吧。 　　假设例：现在你去社保局缴纳当年的个人医疗保险，可不巧，缴费时间过了，按规定你必须到下一周期再缴，并缴纳此间的滞纳金。窗口工作人员例行公事的冷冰冰的脸映着你绝望的神情，真切地让人感受到了你的无助。 　　在此情况下，你该如何办？ 　　伤感的人在继续心碎，懦弱的人在心里诅咒，豁达的人叹一口气走了，只有不甘心的你在快速动着脑筋。 　　你立即堆出一脸职业的笑，从兜里掏出一包中华，抽出几支递给办公室里的男同志，理所当然的，有人拒绝，有人用眼角看了看牌子后接下了，你迅速帮他打上火。然后百般为难地开口，客观地解释一下迟交的原因，这个原因当然非常正当甚至还有点催人泪下，既然人家收了你烟，跟你总有两句有用的话，除了对你深表同情外，他最后建议你去找李科试试看。 　　（如果一个都不收你的烟，全部对你无视，你也没有一点损失，权当复习社交功课。况且左右打听，你也能找到李科。） 　　又是一个正常的结果：李科不在。 　　你折回去又是一通乱发烟，打听到了李科长的具体回来时间或电话，甚至还有个别人对你多聊了几句，你大概知道了李科的一点情况。分析了下情 况，发现套不上近乎。 　　过了一天，早上十点左右，你先打了个电话，发现李科在，赶到他办公室，发现1李科在看股票--你跟他聊起了股票。2李科在忙--你不说有什么事了，到上次接你烟的小喽�那发烟闲聊等他忙完。3李科在看报纸，于是你发了烟，婉转地把情况说了一遍，李科皱起了眉头：这种事你来找我有什么用？该怎么办就怎么办！ 　　早就想好这种情况了，于是你编起了故事，讲讲你怎么怎么为难，甚至你还开玩笑地跟他说这滞纳金交给国库可浪费，吃进咱肚里还实惠。总之你在磨。 　　李科有点烦，他看了看表，该下班了，于是做了总结性发言：这个事，你找我没用，该怎么办怎么办！ 　　你赶紧拦住他，向他表示一起吃个饭。理所当然地，他用一种怪异的眼神看了看你，拒绝了。 　　下一次你再去时，和里面的人都有点熟悉了，再见到李科，你们之间的陌生感已经消去很多了，双方谈话都能够随意点了，李科再见到你时，要么怒，要么就是无奈，要么就是暖昧了。 　　不得不佩服你时间挑得准，谈了会儿就到吃饭时间了，你直接告诉了李科，你在外面已经订了雅间，请他无论如何赏光，如果还带哪几位同事一起由他决定。 　　这时候就是双方摊牌的时候了，如果他还油盐不进，那多半是真不好办或者你遇到了传说中的正经官了。只要他有一点松口，那这事基本有戏了。 　　注意点：1、做这些事有前提，就是成本核算，请客吃饭还要加可能的送礼，值不值回滞纳金？ 如果不划算，做到递烟这一步就打住，遇到暗示你送礼的基本上按滞纳金50%送，他自己心里也清楚。如果你还想着以后还能找他，或者你就想结识这样的朋友，那成本可以忽略不计。 　　2、做这些事，很可能徙劳无功，但一定要多做做，个中好处，谁做谁知道。 　　3、像演一场戏一样，把可能的对白或各种结果都想到了，多打打腹稿，多做做准备，脸若城墙心玲珑。这是必须的。 　　4、即使这位李科真的油盐不进了，不要轻易认为失败了，因为还有赵科、钱科、孙局、李局。小小滞纳金，只是作为例子来说的，你当然可以放弃，但一些你无法放弃的东西呢？比如一份你志在必得的好工作？ 　　5、以上例子，我全按最坏结果算的，现实生活中，只要你真的去做了，会有你意想不到的转折和生机！

  亲戚朋友好理解，你的父母岳父母七大姑八大姨，平时的狐朋友狗友加同事。基本上就这些，一般送长辈之类的节礼，建议就挑电视上常播的礼品，一来省得费心揣摩，二来硬通货，大家都知道什么价，清爽。其实最恶心那些跳大神及满上满上的广告了，但没办法，老头老太太要的不是礼品，是面子。狐朋狗友同事之类的更好办，不熟悉的挑个礼物，熟悉到一定程度直接送钱，处得特别好的，可以按月收入10%送，或者看人送啥你送啥。至于怎么送，直接把东西或钱扔他们手里就行。这些没什么说的，是人都会做。 　　长期罩你或管你或互惠的人也可以理解，你的上司领导，你的官场要害部门，你的生意上的长期合作伙伴之类都可以算，比较另类的还有长线投资的，也在此类。 　　这个里面的送礼就大有学问了，首先我先明确一点，送礼之前，一定要定位自己的角色，拿出跟自己地位相称的礼品。大家都不是傻子，你是农民工，硬要送1946送陈茅台，那就是无解。同样，你收入颇丰，硬是咬牙出手半条红南京，亦是无语。送出合适的礼品，既满足受者的胃口，又不重伤自己的存折，才是送礼的最高境界，尽管两全常不能齐美。 　　一般来讲，注意，只是一般来讲，别严格遵守，对于过节按惯例送礼的，如果折换成钱数额不大，具体多少地区差别不太好讲，反正就是让受者觉得不是那么太注意，但又万万不可缺少的这种礼品，建议送出点特色。举个例子，咱们这地区一千块以下的礼品送给工商税务之类打交道部门的惯例礼（只是表面惯例，不含特殊），人家基本不在乎，平常也就是换成什么购物卡或者几箱酒之类的送送，人家根本不入眼的。某一次领导听了建议，邀请了相关人员到下属农场乡村游，温泉洗浴休闲美女钓鱼唱歌一个不落，什么獐子肉天鹅肉全给这帮癞蛤蟆上了，玩得尽兴，吃得开心，那帮子领导一个个直呼过瘾，对这次活动赞赏有加，我们头跟他们感情也进一步加深了。而这些算下来比直接送礼还要便宜，真正达到了两全齐美。也可算是一次成功的公关案例了。 　　举一反三，在送给领导上司之类的节礼之前，先想想自己这一阶段是否有升降的可能，如果升无望降无虞，处于常规送礼时，可以随意一点，不可太小气，不可太充胖子。如果你有升的可能有降的危险，那礼物上面就得费上一番心思了，主要还是看领导喜好吧，烟酒是最普通的，也是最稳的，当然你有每个人都喜欢的金条之类的就更好。刺探情报很重要，许多人拿不准该送多少，多问问阅历丰富的人，投上司所好（我所知道的一个极品例子是一个朋友上司喜欢下象棋，于是咬咬牙下血本送了副某动物牙齿做的小象棋，深得上司欢心），能够知道别人送多少是最好的。最重要的是要对上司或领导的品行清楚，这里品行当然不是什么清廉爱民之类，而是收了礼后是否有给你办事的可能。一般官场上常混的，只要你的礼送到位，基本能够实现你的目的，但生意场上真的太难说了，全靠你的火眼金睛识人辨伪，这种眼光，不在社会打磨个十年八年是出不来的。新人也稍有几招可资参考。 　　一般来说，你去求一个人办事，如果事件稍为棘手，而他满口应承，而你们之间的关系又没熟到情同父子的程度，你再换位想一下，如果你是他，你也不能这么简单就办好。那这个人九成靠不住。 　　一般来说，你去求一个人办事，如果这个人先是皱眉，推托，然后你将人民币砸向他时，他又开始沉吟，后来强调试一试，又说起其中困难时，基本上这事就算有眉目了，下一次再去见他时，他神情轻松，只告诉你困难太大，难办时，那还说啥？翠花，上人民币啊。 　　其实，当你求某人办事时，如果是这个人职责之内的事或这个人深悉此中事，那他一开始就已经知道这事能不能办、好不好办了，这时候，他口中吐出的每一个中文字都是有特殊含义的，尽管他自己可能不知道，但你有一定阅历时，基本上都知道他是什么意思了。求人办事，基本都是前门已关，通通后门的事，也就是有一定风险的事，做这些事，需要1重赏2信任，他得对你有一定信任度3他有一套规避风险的办法。达到这三点，他才会有很强的动力去做。第二点很多人不解，求人办事，哪还有这道理，照你这样说不认识的人还没办法办事啦？呵呵，我举个例大家就都明白了。你去找不认识的官办事，你送几条烟酒，人家仔细看看你，半推半就也就收了。你找不认识的官办事，你送个几十万现金试试看，谁要是不加琢磨就收下来，那这家伙铁定是假官。越是重的礼，越需要熟悉保险的熟人引荐，这是一条社会科学规律。哈哈，谁不知道，诱饵越重，责任越大啊。 　　噫，扯远了扯远了，本想按一定线索往下说的，写着写着就乱了，没有多少精力去组织了，也罢，就这么看吧，能看出些什么来，也靠诸位的悟性了。 　　其实说来说去，这种普通类别的礼物倒也难不倒诸位，因为有律可循，你不知道送什么怎么送，问问别人，大多能做到不失礼节。 　　最难的还是这种突发性送礼。 　　什么叫突发性送礼呢？比如你心血来潮，忽然想开个网吧了，你跑工商跑文化跑公安跑税务跑环境等等等等各种部门，忽然在一家卡住了，那你得找人帮忙，把这一关过了，那由此本不与你生活相干的送礼就是突发性送礼。这还是主动型的突发性送礼，被动型的你就更没办法了，比如你的厂子有些东西要送审，可按照上面提出的整改，你根本就做不到，没办法，找人送礼过关，这无可奈何的送礼也是突发性送礼。 　　突发性送礼，前无参照物，后无明确的军师团，送多少怎么送才是让人头疼的事情。 　　送多少的标准无章可循，有人狠得下心，有人处处舍不得，我说个例子，我有位朋友，是批发蔬菜的，生意做得比较好，他为了把菜打进一所中学的食堂，送给几个方面的负责人一笔重礼。我问他送了多少，他不肯透露数字，只是说反正送菜进去后的两年内在这所中学里是挣不到一分钱的。这个数字于他来说绝对是比较可观的。我打趣道万一学校领导或食堂负责人两年内换人怎么办？他笑了起来，做生意难道只想赚不想着赔？天下除了有个好爸爸好爷爷的那一小股人做的“生意”外，没有这种只赚不赔的生意。 　　看准后，把礼一下子送足！这是一个稳重又冒险的方法。 　　一般我这么做时，总会半开玩笑地说上几句：王局，这次事您千万上上心，要不成了，我可真是没啥活路走了，实在是没办法了。。。。 　　这种话，除非你们合作次数多了，彼此熟悉了，否则轻易不要说，有些许威胁的意思，夹在奉承话里说，能够让他们提提神。 　　还有一种是先递敲门砖，后送贵重礼，也就是电视里最常说的事成之后怎么怎么的。 　　现实中这种方法对于常合作的送受者之间适用，因为彼此了解，但对于大多数突发性送礼并不适用，权钱交易讲究的就是一个赤裸裸，至于扭捏，那是形式上的，本质上它还是一个爽快的交易，你看，这么多钱，你要就办，嫌少就说。这么分上中下三集，中间还插广告是最不受受礼者的欢迎的。 　　至于怎么送，有些潜在的规则在里面，有些人不喜欢亲自收钱，他们喜欢做一个掩耳盗铃者，把钱送给他们的家眷是较为稳妥的做法。有些人不喜欢把钱送给家人，特别喜欢自己收钱，那你就在办公室里或两人世界里递过去。特别要注意的是第一次送钱送物，那是一个彼此试探、各怀鬼胎打太极推掌的回合，选地点要注意，要让受礼者有安全感，要让彼此有就这件事有商量、谈判的环境，这个场合一般在受礼者家里，或他指定的地点，或某个私密性强的包厢里。这点希望大家注意下。至于熟悉后再送，那就随意得多了。 　　送什么也有讲究，超过一定数额（各地标准不一，我们这以万为单位计是一个分水岭），以人民币和贵金石之类为主，低于标准时，以常物为主较好，比如几千元现金完全可以转化为上点档次的烟酒。 　　值得一提的是性贿赂，这些年的应酬程序已经从单纯吃饭喝酒进化到吃喝洗玩一条龙，（洗字自己悟，玩包括歌舞赌毒）对于有些受礼者来讲，这一套程序走下来，比你单纯用钱来砸他效果好得多。说到这里，你可以骂我无耻下流，但我只想说说实用的，什么无耻下流之类的词汇，是社会上的精英们、不差钱儿的主们吃饱了饭剔着牙齿玩的道德游戏，要骂我，先看看自己是不是已经站到了这个高度，如果你还在辛苦地混着，还是老老实实先跟着我学吧

不做无谓牺牲 　　 　　只有一条：遇到拿刀动枪的歹徒，如果身上的钱不足以让你拼命，乖乖给钱给物。 　　许多热血青年不解，都像你这样，助长了多少坏人嚣张气焰？这社会还成什么样了？ 　　看这个问题我从来不上升到这种高度，我只是告诉你：如果你有志在你生命中活得长时间的舒适，那跟这种人拼命实在不值得。至于助不助长他的凶焰，你想，要有好的出路，有多少人愿去持刀抢劫？ 　　死亡只有一次，我希望大家最后都能在床上，最亲的人围绕身边时安然离去。 　　 　　怎样做一个不完美的人 　　 　　大家都知道，完美的人是不存在的。我从来不提倡大家向完美的方向去努力，我想要教大家的是，如何尽力去做一个讨喜的不完美的人。 　　常常在一些公司、单位、团体里看见，某一个人能力很突出，各方面都很优秀，但这样一个人却不受大家喜欢，总有很多人在暗里诋毁他，总有很多人暗地里说他坏话。如果上司碰巧又是一个软耳朵的话，这个人在公司里基本就很难混了。 　　为什么会出现这种情况呢？人类的劣根使然，一个人优秀，如果让大家追死了都追不上，那这个极端优秀的人会赢得尊重和羡慕。一个人优秀，只比大家都稍微高那么一点，偏偏比大家都高，那这个稍优秀的人会收获很多的妒嫉和眼红。在这种情况下，谈何无辜？匹夫无罪，怀壁其罪。 　　在这种情况下，很多人意识到这点，于是尽量去亲民，到群众中去，哪怕吃点经济亏，力争大家不要孤立自己。这样很好，可是归根到底还是不能消除这种潜在的对立，但要自己跟这些人混同一气，又不甘心。那怎么办？ 　　突出自己的一些小缺点，平衡大家对自己的看法。 　　这些小缺点是什么，自己掌握，不要弄巧成拙就行。 　　举个例子吧，有个朋友刚刚跳到另一个公司，进去时因自己的综合素质都高出周围人一截，上司虽然很看重他，有意培养他，但周围同事几乎都排挤他，在这种环境下生存，很不是滋味。他偶然发现公司领导对迟到早退这些事不是太敏感，于是经常上班稍稍迟到，业务还是照样做，时间一长，大家都知道这家伙的最大缺点了，觉得他不过如此，于是开始有人亲近他了，开一些民主测评会之类的会议时，会上大家讨论对他评优、嘉奖之类的，几乎都同一个腔调了：某同志缺点不少，比如经常迟到，但是！他的成绩有目共睹。。。。决定评为优秀，希望改正缺点。。。。这些小缺点的妙用真是无穷啊，其实他犯过更多更大的错误，只是这些小缺点掩盖了大错误，为他带来了莫大的利益。 　　知道这其中的奥秘了吧？再次强调一下，别弄巧成拙，先看上司的喜好，再尽量从小方面入手，比如服装比别人老土、比如不会穿着打扮、比如个人卫生不是太好，当你憨憨地看着别人嘲笑你的打扮时，你的业务技能却一点也没耽搁，上司欣赏、群众不屑去妒嫉你，这注定你的升职路一帆风顺。这其中的关键就是：那些取笑你的人，他们忘记了生活技能和生存技能的区别！你的生活技能上的弱掩盖了你职场生存技能的强，俗话说这叫扮猪吃老虎。 　　 　　付出不一定能得到回报 　　 　　这真是一句真理，别想着自己付出多少多少，就一定能收获多少多少，那是成年前教育。 　　在这个社会里，你付出过很多汗水和泪水，但你有时却要面对颗粒无收的窘境，这种失望和伤心我相信每个人都会经历过。但请不要哭泣，这种时候，眼泪贱得只剩下嘴里的咸。 　　我看围棋比赛，注意到一个细节，石佛每次不管输棋赢棋后，都不是第一时间懊丧、难受、欢喜，而是沉静地复盘。我想说的就是这个意思，要付出之前，就要明白不一定能有回报，知道结果后，就是回味过程，总结经验，做好准备，再次出发。你认为没有得到什么，其实在你付出的时候，你已经得到了很多了。 　　在精神上把自己打造成一个胜败乃兵家常事的将军，在行动上把自己打造成一个亲临前线谨小慎微的特种兵。 　　 　　做一名高超的人事战略投资家 　　 　　这是这一篇重点中的重点，希望大家仔细体会，绝对会有极大的收获。 　　投资家最需要的是什么？赚钱手段？不！投资家最重要的是眼光！哪怕你是一个对赚钱一无所知的白痴，只要你把钱正确地投入了一个会赚钱的人手中，你所获得的收益也是巨大的！ 　　同理，哪怕你在生活中是一个安份守已、不会赚大钱、饿不死撑不着的普通人，你也有机会做一个技术高超的投资家！ 　　这里，我不是指理财方面的投资，而是一条更具潜力的人事战略投资！ 　　邻居有个王三，是个生意人，凭着手段很快成为一方富豪，谁知恋上赌博，几年内输光家产，周围人原来个个讨好他，现在个个嫌弃他，最惨的时候要向你借三百块买米。看着王三羞愧的眼神，你借不借？ 　　借和不借都是错的。在回答这个问题前要冷静分析一下王三目前的处境和将来的发展。 　　王三现在毫无疑问是在落难期，但一身在生意场上练就出来的技能并没有丢，如果有合适的机会，他东山再起并非梦想。目前的关键就在于他在赌博方面有没有回头的决心！ 　　你没有就借不借钱回答王三，而是热情地拉着他到家里整了几个菜，喝起了酒，几杯下肚，王三声泪俱下，引你为知已，并且你也打听到了王三确实几个月没去赌场了。这次借几百块钱也并非是买米，而是凑足去南方的路费，王三在南方还有点路子，这次想跑跑。 　　你跟他一通热乎，最后拿了一千块钱给他，明确告诉他，这钱是赌输了还是花在路费上全凭他，自己反正看在朋友份上拉他一把。 　　这王三听见这话，敢不临表涕临、肝脑涂地？他以后不发达则已，一旦发达，你岂不是坐上了财富的快车道？ 　　这一千块钱，叫做人事战略风险投资。分析王三的情况，叫做做投资评估报表。拉王三进去喝酒拉感情探口风，这叫做实地考察进一步分析。 　　像这种投资，你常做做，我敢保证比你买彩票的中奖率要高得多！ 　　这个例子有点大，恐怕有些同学思想上一时拐不过弯来，我再举些生活中的小例子。 　　比如你们单位里有个不安份的家伙，老想跳槽，而且他的确有些本事。那你趁老板恨他、下面同事迫于老板淫威也疏远他时，适当做些感情投资，这你试试，真的很简单，因为人在这时候自认为最能看出真假朋友来。你在这时候走近他，绝对是真朋友。只需一点感情投资，保证你拥有这朋友近乎一辈子的记忆。他跳槽后如果发达了，是绝不会忘记你的。就算不发达，除了多了个铁杆朋友外，你也没有任何损失。 　　以此类推，在班里学习成绩好的农村孩子、贫困家庭孩子，在别人不屑时，在别人取笑时，你多关心他，他对你的回报将绝对出乎你的想象！ 　　还要我举更多例子吗？不用了，我想大家基本都是心领神会了，所缺的，只是实战了。 　　要永远记住：锦上添花的事，谁都会干，雪中送炭的，这才叫难得！ 　　炭也不白送，要经过冷静分析后，有一定把握会得到回报的，这才能送。你看社会各界捐款给贫困儿童的，谁不喜欢捐给“学习成绩优秀”的贫困孩子？难道学习成绩不好的贫困儿童就不该得到帮助吗？他们中的很多人，并不是不努力，只是在学习书本这条路方面天生跑不过人家而已。可耻的是，我们的教育界从来不正视这一点，他们只会骂：不好好学习，活该！ 　　扯远了扯远了。在良心渐渐泯灭的今天，或许真的只有从苦难中走出的人，才会对同在苦难中的人有一些善良之心。 　　最后提醒大家一句，既然称是风险投资，当然是有风险的，王三拿钱又去赌了、或者发达后未必会睬你，这就是风险。但在利益远远大于风险的情况下，这种投资可谓是你人生中最好的投资了。

　　

做和自己年齿相适应的举动 　　 　　一个二十一二岁的年轻人，如果看了我的文章后，认为自己应该迅速修炼到城府极深、后发制人、奸滑似鬼的境界，那你就错了。 　　年轻人，应该有朝气，中年人，应该成熟稳重，老年人，应该淡定风云。这是一个最基本的定律，你如果违背了它，周围的人就会把你当成小丑看，这是肯定的，你知道，一个没有皱纹的祖母是多么可怕的一件事。 　　事实上，一个二十岁的年轻人装老成是很可笑的一件事，装B如同剥洋葱一样，是分层次的。聪明地演好自己的角色，提前适当的时间进入下一个角色，才是你最该做的。 　　举个例吧，两个女孩子，都挺漂亮的，在公司里，一个成天利用自己的漂亮和大家对自己的好感，游走于各位同事之间，她不吝啬把自己的笑容和撒娇给各位男同事，致命的是，她还懂得掌握分寸，不逾越界限。另一个女孩子很不屑，只是做好自己的事，从来不跟人轻易谈笑。作为公司里的同事，你吃哪一套？呵呵，想来大多数人都会说，想娶老婆的，当然选第二个，而仅作为同事的，当然会心甘情愿地帮第一个做些事啦。 　　PS：进一个单位之前，如果预料到要在这个单位呆比较长的一段时间，那千万别伪装自己，把自己打扮成一个勤劳积极完美的人。同事是什么？那是一年三百六十五天，陪伴自己最多时间的人，再能伪装的人这么久处下来，谁还不知道谁啊？在生意场上亦是如此，长期合作的伙伴面前，别伪装，拿出诚意来，这是一种返朴归真的大智。 　　 　　该不该低调做事 　　 　　中国古话里有这么一句：敏于行，讷于言。意思是多做事，少说话表功。这在现实社会里，要值得推敲一番。 　　腰子脸的本山有句话也说得好：猫走不走直线，完全取决于耗子。 　　同理，在现在社会里，你低调做事还是高调做事，取决于你的BOSS。你的BOSS如果是你无法改变的，那你就得适应他，而并非去一味地抱怨他怎么不识人怎么不公平。如果他是个昏君，你就当和�，如果他是明君，你就当魏征。这么说又有点无耻，可如果你真有一颗清明之心，那请你先凭当奸臣上位后再做一个清明BOSS吧，否则你连上位都上不了，谈何抱负？ 　　看看报纸杂志上常常写，人在世上，要有一点真我，保留一点纯真，这是对的，但请你保留一点就够了，别玩全真教，否则死得必惨烈无比。如果你够志气，等你有能力后再改变吧，这是最现实的现实。 　　多在老板眼前做事，把老板交待的事做好，细心地帮老板解决忧虑。。。。 　　一个笑话：单位是一棵吊满猴子的大树，往上看，全是屁股，往下看，全是笑脸，往左右看，全是耳目。

       调兵问题　　粟裕用总参谋部名义调志愿军5个军15个师回国。粟是1951年11月12日被军委任命为副总参谋长。12月12日到职理事。   周恩来同聂荣臻和作战部长李涛商定拟订了一个重申调动军队权限的文电，毛泽东批准后于1951年12月28日用总参名义发出。规定:“有关国防部署调整方案、计划，以及国防要地步兵师以上部队，特种兵团以上部队的调动，均应用军委名义批准，呈毛泽东主席阅后发出。”在这一规定前全军也一直按此执行着，此次规定又增加了军委批准后调动中的一些具体规定，发给各大军区和志愿军。粟裕不来总参，在华东军区早已执行此规定。　　志愿军撤出朝鲜，是毛泽东和金日成在莫斯科于1957年11月商定，符合朝方愿望。毛泽东、彭德怀、粟裕等回国后，12月即开始准备确定回国后驻地，告有关大军区同省委磋商接待准备工作。　　志愿军司令杨勇于1958年1月28日向军委提出撤军的准备，拟停建营房、工事，家属回国，不再让家属入朝。停战后，一些干部家属入朝团聚，曾发生过朝鲜妇女纷纷赶来“看小脚”失望的趣事。　　彭德怀于2月13日主持军委会议，讨论了志愿军回国的部署方案。周恩来、陈毅、张闻天、粟裕的政府代表团，2月14日到平壤，出席了群众欢迎大会，16日(春节)到志司，18日回平壤，19日中朝政府发表撤军声明，20日志愿军总部发表声明，21日周恩来等回国。　　2月25日彭德怀又主持会议，讨论志愿军回国后的各项工作，其中提到政治工作是防止骄傲的教育，对沿途欢迎兄弟部队慰问应有针对性的思想准备。　　粟裕鉴于撤军事已准备了两三个月，回国后的驻地及分批撤离计划和单位都已有安排，毛泽东和彭德怀对此事都知道，或许是为了减少首长具体工作劳累，大概是于2月26日，粟用总参名义下达了第一批回国部队(第21军、炮5师、坦克5、6团及汽车7团等)3月8日回国的调动命令。彭德怀、毛泽东看到后诧异，这明明违反师以上和特种兵团以上部队的调动规定。彭德怀询问粟裕，粟说只看了电报首页，未看末尾的署名。此事，粟在军委扩大会5月28日小型会上作自我批评说:“很多事情，事先不请示，事后不报告，超越了职权，调动志愿军回国这样一件大事，却用总参名义发丁电报。”　　粟裕在打马祖、向苏联要材料越权后，又第三次涉及毛泽东的调兵权。这可能是促使毛泽东在成都会议上决定批粟裕的原因。　　如上所述，毛泽东决定在军委扩大会上对粟裕展开批评，是因粟三次擅权，用以教育全军高级干部。但一些出版物上，除把向苏方要材料一事说是“极其正常”外，对打马祖、调志愿军回国事，没有涉及。　　军委扩大会于7月结束后，毛泽东8月在中央一次会议上说粟裕是“坏人”。可能与这三次事件有关。　　粟裕因三次“擅权”而在军委扩大会上受批评，这个原因因涉及军事机密未公布，这属正常。但近年把粟裕受批，说成是责任在于彭德怀。罗列了一些粟与彭工作关系上的事，实有违历史真相。
